Mindfulness and Meditation Lunchtime Activity

Our Student Wellbeing Leaders, Katrin Almaari Y12, Amani Alkichani Y11 and Chanel Gatt Y11 wanted to support students through the sometimes stressful exam month of June!

The girls promoted their mindfulness colouring in with guided meditation activity through the school bulleting and posters in and around the school. This resulted in a full capacity classroom of students quietly engaging in mindful colouring in, supporting one another and sharing experiences as they prepare for a busy few weeks. We look forward to seeing more students use this strategy twice a week.
