After completing our Maths unit on Money, our Year 2 students had the exciting opportunity to visit Coburg Market and put their learning into action! Students gained valuable real-life experience using money as they selected items, added costs and worked out their change.
The students had so much fun exploring Coburg Market, making their own purchases and enjoying some delicious, healthy fruit and vegetables. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience that helped students connect their classroom learning to the real world. We are so proud of how confidently and responsibly our Year 2 students used their money skills!
