Arabic Term 1 in Review

Foundation class:

Foundation students have been learning the first letters of the Arabic alphabet: They practised recognising the letters, saying their sounds, and writing them. Students also explored simple words that begin with each letter and enjoyed fun activities to reinforce their learning.

Year 2:

Year two students enjoyed learning about the fruits and vegetables and saying their favourite fruits or veggies. 

Year 5: 
Lesson Summary:
Year 5 students created a passport ID in Arabic class to practice personal information vocabulary, such as name, age, nationality, and favourite things.

Learning Objectives:
    Use Arabic to introduce themselves (e.g., اسمي، عمري، أنا من...).
    Recognise and write key personal details in Arabic script.
    Connect language learning with real-life contexts (travel, identity, culture).
