Antonine College is owned and administered by the Antonine Sisters as a service to the Maronite Catholic and broader Catholic community in Melbourne. We are a co-educational school and offer Foundation to Year 12 across two campuses.

Cedar Campus (Foundation - Year 6), 130 Harding Street, East Coburg
A vibrant and expansive learning environment where our youngest students begin their education journey and thrive in a nurturing learning environment.

Saint Joseph Campus (Year 7 - Year 12), 71 Grandview Avenue, Pascoe Vale South
A modern, purpose-built campus where our dedicated staff support students’ individual learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.

Faith-filled Education
Our learning environment supports students to develop a personal relationship with God and grow into well-rounded individuals. Staff encourage daily prayer, reflection and meditation. We hold retreats and reflection days where students connect spiritually, strengthen their friendships and gain insights into themselves, each other and their faith.

Our year is enriched with religious celebrations which students, families and the community participate in. This includes Opening School Mass, Antonine Day, Ash Monday, Eucharist, Holy Communion, and the celebration of Saints’ days.

We run a Community Engagement and Justice Program which has at its heart the principle, ‘It is in giving that we receive,’ (Saint Francis of Assisi). During the course of the program, students take part in school and community activities where they are challenged to serve the needs of others.

We have a close relationship with Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Parish and often celebrate school events and ceremonies in the church.

Our Vision
Our vision is to build a faith-filled learning community where:

  • Every student and staff member takes ownership of and responsibility for continuous improvement and life-long learning

  • Students develop as autonomous, self-managing, resilient and responsible learners

  • Digital technologies are fostered through an agile, innovative and effective teaching and learning environment.

Mission Statement
As a Maronite Catholic learning community, inspired by the Antonine Sisters' charism, we strive to:

  • Enhance our education in Faith by providing a comprehensive education in a secure and caring environment in which every person can grow and develop spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically. Gospel values are reflected in our daily practices, differences are welcomed and the value of every individual as a child of God is affirmed.

  • Enhance teaching and learning by providing a curriculum and experiences that cater to individual needs and diverse learning styles. We utilise digital technologies so learning is engaging, personalised and authentic, enabling students to become active and informed citizens of the 21st century.

  • Promote student wellbeing by fostering respectful relationships among students, staff and others associated with the College in a spirit of cooperation, trust and responsibility.

  • Strengthen our school community by committing to the continuous growth in learning outcomes for students and developing the skills for lifelong learning. Partnership between home and College is promoted. We also provide opportunities for engagement in a deeper awareness of our cultural heritage, especially through the study of languages.

  • Build leadership with all students considered to be leaders who demonstrate relationships and processes which are supportive, consultative and guided by a clear moral purpose.
