Our Cedar community gathered for a joyful Christmas Carols Assembly on Wednesday 2nd December. The theme this was centred around the Symbols of Christmas. Through song and reflection, students shared the meaning behind these special symbols which reminded us of the hope, love, and light that Jesus brings to the world.
The symbols showcased were:
Foundation – Star of Hope
Year 1 – Shepherds of Faith
Year 2 – Mary and Joseph, Pilgrims of Trust
Year 3 – The Doves of Peace
Year 4 – The Wise Men, Bearers of Gifts
Year 5 – The Light of Christ
Year 6 – Angels of joy
