We were fortunate to have Father Eli speak with our Spiritus students and Year 11 cohort about the Kerygma—the heart of the Christian message.
He spoke about God’s love shown through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and invited students to think about how this message connects to their own lives today. His talk encouraged students to reflect on faith not just as information, but as something that can shape how we live.
He finished with a powerful question for everyone to think about: it’s not just “What is the Kerygma?”, but “What message is shaping my life, and am I ready to let the message of Jesus Christ shape me?”
