We are delighted to report that our recent St Joseph’s Campus Athletics Carnival on the last day of Term One was a delightful success! There was a wonderful turn out of students eagerly ready to participate and try their best to win points for their houses. Our students demonstrated impressive athleticism, teamwork, and sportsmanship, making for a truly memorable day.

We were blessed with a beautiful day and no rain that made competing a lot easier for the students! All four houses, Maroun, Paterson, Nassar, and MacKillop, participated with enthusiasm, and we are proud to announce the results:

• In fourth place, the Maroun house put up a terrific effort and displayed impressive teamwork throughout the day.
• In third place, the Mackillop house showed incredible determination and sportsmanship, always cheering on their fellow housemates.
• In second place, the Paterson house demonstrated impressive athleticism and skill, making for some truly exciting races.
• In first place, the Nasser house emerged as the overall winners, showcasing incredible speed, strength, and spirit throughout the day.

We would like to congratulate all students for their participation and hard work, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff who made this day possible. We hope that our students have been inspired to continue pursuing physical activity and healthy competition, and we look forward to seeing some of our star students compete in the SACCSS athletics carnival later in the year.
