Year 10 Food Technology- Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry

Year 10 Food Technology students recently prepared vegetable noodle stir fry as part of a practical lesson which allowed them to demonstrate hygienic kitchen practices and knife skills when preparing their ingredients.  In the process of sautéing their vegetables, students learnt about the order of preparation when cooking vegetables and appropriate cooking methods while creating their dishes.
