Year 9 Food Technology students recently took part in a practical session making sushi, where they put their kitchen safety knowledge into practice. During this lesson, students demonstrated safe food handling as well as precision cuts and knife skills while preparing their ingredients and creating their sushi rolls. It was great to see how proud they were of their efforts!
