On Tuesday March 10th, students in Year 8 and 9 celebrated mass and reflected on the Gospel of the Prodigal Son. This powerful parable reminds us of God’s endless mercy and forgiveness. Just as the father welcomed his son home with love and compassion, we are reminded that God always welcomes us back when we make mistakes. The Gospel also challenges us to show the same forgiveness and understanding to others in our daily lives.
