On Wednesday 18^th June, Year 10 Italian and Year 10 Food Technology classes joined forces to make pizzas to celebrate their last lesson before the beginning of exams. The two classes numbered 40 students with Ms Francis leading the demonstration while Ms Mezzatesta provided the Italian background music. Students were both enthused and excited to make their own pizzas even though it took some a while to get used to kneading the dough. When it was time to put the toppings on the pizzas we had a variety of choices including olives, capsicum, mushroom and unfortunately to say even pineapple!

Thanks to Ms Josephine who made sure that the pizzas were cooled enough so that students could take them home. All in all it was an exciting lesson with students working together to make and cook their pizzas from scratch and then to clean their stations ready for the next class!
